I just wanted to know if your car was repoed could the company garnish your wages ? My car is about to be repoed and I do not have the money to stop it from happening and the company told me that in the state of PA they could garnish my wages . I can barely make my rent now.

With a few exceptions, under Pennsylvania law wages can not be garnished for a judgment. First you would have to be sued for the deficiency before a judgment can be entered. However, there is pending legislation that will change the law. However, it is unlikely that it will pass. Assuming that there is no change in the law, your wages can not be attached.
