Reposseion

i had my car taken but only owed 2payments, The bank has been taking my payment out off my account every month. we had a verbal agreemnt that they were going to take the money never did and took my car.

I'm not clear on the question. If you were behind two payments they may take the car. If you only had two payments left on the car, that's a different matter. Also, you're not clear on whether there were sufficient funds in your account for the payment. If there were, then I think you may be able to work something out with the bank.
