repossesition

I am currently sending one hundred dollars a week to get caught up on my behind payments, I am currently sixty five days behind . If I continue to make my weekly one hundred dollar payments can they still repossess my car.

If the finance company has agreed to accept the payment schedule you are making, and they repossessed the vehicle, you might have an action for breach of contract. If you can get something in writing from them it would certainly help.
