repossession
i got a new car and i'm on disaibilty.the state cut my check of the next 3 months.i never made a payment on the car.if they reposses it can i get in trouble.

You will owe what is called a "deficiency" on the car which is the difference between the contract price and the value of the car at the time of repossession.
