Repossession on 5 days late?

I would just like to know if a company can repossess your car if your only 10 days late and never missed a payment in over a year?

If they take the car within 15 days they cannot collect the costs associated with repossessing and storing the vehicle. If you are eligble for a chapter 13 bankruptcy plan, under most circumstatnces you can force the lender to return the vehicle if you file prior to the sale. I offer free consultations.
