WHO IS RESPONsIBLE FOR CREDIT CARD BILLS ONLY IN HUSBAND''S NAME
If my husband and i divorce and he has credit cards in his name only am i responsible to help pay them off?

No, not in the civil law realm. However, in the divorce proceedings, there is the possibility that the debt will be counted during equitable distribution.
