rude collecter call

I recieved a call from a collecter saying i am not able to pick up a phone and call them back because i am on ssi disability he insinuated that i was retarded because of my disabilility. he calls day and night i have a mobile home loan from them did he have the right to look and find out how i get my income. he said i see you are on disability if you do not know how to pick up a phone to dial get help. thank-you Paula

It sounds like this collector (and the collection agency) are violating Federal and PA fair debt collection laws. You should get an attorney to investigate and possibly sue them both. These laws would require them to pay all of your attorney's fees and pay you money for your damages, etc...
