Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
I was served a complaint from a company that has bought my credit card debt and then a day later I received an ORDER that stated upon review of the Complaint filed in the above-captioned matter, this Complaint will not be entertained for further processing at the present time due to failure to provide one or more pertinent items of information, as hereinafter set forth and then lists them below. Does this mean that I still need to respond to the Complaint that I was served and if so is there a certain way I need to respond to it or fill out forms to do that. Please advise

Without looking at the papers I cannot say. I have never seen this. What information is missing? Is the lawsuit just held in abeyance until the missing items are supplied? Can a new lawsuit be filed?
An answer is too important. If you have a valid defense, then you should file an answer. Many attorneys give free consults. I suggest that you get one and let someone review the papers to see if you need to respond.
