Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

small claims execution

I filed for an execution order after winning a small claims case. The defendant found out about the order and moved all of her personal belongings out of PA before the notice could be served. She is now living in a rental home in NJ but owns an antique business in Pike Co. PA. which she operates out of a rented store building. She is the only owner and has the business listed as an LLC. Can an execution order be served on the contents of the business? On a dismissed bankruptcy case, she had listed herself and her business as individuals seeking protection in the bankruptcy court.

Re: small claims execution

If the business was not named in the initial Complaint, you probably have to refile naming the business. That is the easiest solution anyway.
