Small claims lawsuit

a website withdrew a fee from my bank in error, this put my acct in a negative status. They refunded the fee to my account but not the overdraft or subsequent fees (still accruing), but now the billing 0

+9.support line refuses to answer or return my calls. The HQ is in Palo Alto CA and I am in Philadelphia PA where do I file the lawsuit for the return of the fees? As of 3/3/2009 the amt is $103 and jumps $35 every 7 days

I never know if these types of questions are jokes or not. You want to file a lawsuit over $103? Well, if you are serious, you can go to your local district justice, but in Philadelphia I would bet that the cost to file the lawsuit is more than $103. While court costs do become part of the lawsuit, that only entitles you to a judgment in that amount if you win. There is no guarantee of payment even if you win.
