BEing Sued

I''m being sued in cival court for a balance on a credit card that i never had. They have my name address and s.s.#. I've asked for prove i applied for the card but all they'll send is bills. I asked for places the card was used hopeing i could verfy wherabouts at that time.Again they ignored this request.I also asked for a signed applcation again it went ignored.My queston is How do i even begin to fight them on this? The bill simply isn't mine. Thank you

I suggest you get legal counsel. You may be the victim of identity theft. You will have to defend the action. If you are in district court you must notify the court that you desire to defend the action. If you are in Common Pleas Court you must immediately seek legal counsel. Ask for the charges made on the card and the original application. The best course of action is to seek legal advice and any information on this forum would not be adequate.
