Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

I'm being sued by a Collection Agency

I'm very worried. I received a civil action hearing notice on a credit card that I defaulted on. I had lost my job and defaulted on all loans including 2 cars that I owned. I am slowly recovering and can even pay a small amount each month if needed. I'm worried that judgement will be ruled in which my paycheck will be garnished to pay for this credit card. The amount I owe is $2500. Should I call the lawyer and negotiate a payment plan that I can afford? of should I just defend myself in court and hope for the best... What should I do?

You must answe or you will lose. Either hire a lawyer for a few hundred dollars or do the job yourself, but DO IT!
