Capital One is suing me for a credit card I defaulted on. They have filed a cival action against me at our local prothonotary. What can I do about this and can they seize bank accounts and sell my property?

If they obtain a judgment against you and you do not pay they can certainly garnish your wages and put a lien on your property.
