Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

sued for credit card by nco

i am being sued by nco financial(capital one) for 965.00. i already went to court on 11/03/08 and won on that day due to the statue of limitations. they didn't have any info on when I paid last. this card was opened in 2002. They are now appealing it. what sort of information does nco get from capital one when they buy it? Do I now need a lawyer, what should my next step be? How can I find out what new information they have.

You should get an attorney who will know how to raise all of your possible defenses at the right time and in the proper manner. In court there are procedures you must follow or your defenses will be lost.
