Sued by Creditor
I'm being sued by a creditor. I live in PA so wages cannot b garnished, my home is in both names, so what can they do if a judgement is won?

The judgment becomes a lien against any property that you own in your own name. When you say your home is in both names, I assume you mean that it is held as tenants by the entireties, that is, by husband and wife jointly with right of survivorship. If so, the creditor would not be able to execute against the real property unless you survive your wife and it becomes your property alone. However, they could attach or levy on any property in your name alone. Also, the judgment may affect your credit.
