Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania
Summoned to court over credit debt
A friend of mine has been summoned to appear in court over the issue of his credit debt. What is the worst that can happen? Can his income be garnished? Can his property be confiscated? Is there any chance he can be arrested?

Wages cannot be garnished for credit card debt. Your friend should speak with a lawyer because most lenders have difficulty proving the debt. i offer free initial consultation.
