Unpaid bill
Is an execution of personal property legal if you owe a company $800.00. We do not own our home so they say they can come in and take personal property out of the home we are renting. Is that true?

To some extent it is true. However, if you are husband and wife and it is joint property (tenancy by the entireties) it is exempt from execution for the debt of only the husband or the debt of only the wife.
