vehicle repossion

my wife and I are co-buyers of a vehicle that was repossed after only missing two payments. we were paying for the car for since 2000.the company was notified of our troubling financle situation.is there any laws protecting uor investment ?

The law gives you ceratin rights to recover the vehicle, they do however depnd on factual situations. There is also the possibility of bankruptcy filing if it is appropriate. I offer free consultations.
