Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Pennsylvania

What will happen if I do not pay my credit card bill.

I have not payed my credit card bill for about 2 years. A collection agency has been calling me. What happens if I refuse to pay the rest of the balance off.

PA has a 4 year Statute of Limitation. If they do not sue you before the expiration, then you can raise it as a defnse if they do sue you later. Credit card bills cannot be garnished from your wages in PA so until suit is filed the worst that happens is your credit history suffers.
