Worthless check
I received a strange call today from someone claiming to be an Attorney, (She would not disclose the state she was calling from) she claims back in 2006 there was a company called Net Cash. She claims I owe them $505.00 from something. What are my rights?

Hi. I doubt the person was actually an attorney, but nevertheless, they have to tell you where they're calling from, and if you ask, a way to contact them. Have them send you in writing what they are talking about. You then have a right to dispute the debt.
You have several other rights too, like not being harassed on the phone, etc. Until you know what this is for, you really can't make any real decisions, so I would advise that you have them send it to you in writing.
