I received a writ of execution from a credit card company what do I need to do to take care of this?

If you have received a writ of execution, that means that they have a judgment against you and you didnt appeal. Therefore, you likely have given up all of your possible defenses. To take care of the Writ, you will have to negotiate a payment to the creditor.
