How do I write a written appearance when i'm being sued for an old credit card debt I have not paid on since 2003

If the suit is filed in Court, you need to file an Answer or Preliminary Objections. If it is filed before a Magisterial District Judge there should be instructions on the Complaint. Generally all that you have to do is telephone the Office and tell them that you intend to defend.
