Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I just got 3 citations.
1: possession of alcohol under the age of 21
2: possession of alcohol in a township park. (Havertown, Pa)
3: disorderly conduct. (failure to comply with an officers command to stop)
None of the citations are signed of have the officers badge number. I am wondering if it is worth fighting.
