my boyfriend got into an accident and hit two people head on and he was under the influence of alchol he does not remember what happened and has a alchol problem when he drinks it triggers something in his brain to go crazy when he doesnt drink he is the sweetest person in the world he has been sent out of jail to a rehab twice already but nothing is helping him how long wil he get

I don't think anyone here will be able to tell you the length of his sentence. That depends first upon the specific charges and his prior record score. Based upon that there is a range of sentences that may be imposed under the sentencing guidelines. It also depends upon the particular prosecutor and the particular Judge as well as a lot of other factors too numerous to list.
