Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I am over 18. My ex-boyfriend (who is over 18) has naked and provocative pictures of me when I was between the ages of 14 and 17. Now, he has them on his cell phone, online account, and saved to a memory card. He has shown them to multiple people, and I do not know if he has sent them to anyone else. I want those pictures removed. I was under 18 and now I am constantly in the public eye. What is the easiest way that I can get these pictures removed. If he does not comply, what can I do next.

Turn him in to the cops. What he has on his phone should be consider child pornography. The mere possession of child pornography is a federal offense.
