Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

2 M2s & 3 Felony 3s.. help?

I know someone how has gotten 2 Misdemeanor 2s and 3 Felony 3s.

M2: Theft by Unlawful Taking, Receiving Stolen Property

F3: Access Device Fraud, Criminal Conspiracy, Forgery

Their ex friend said he was allowed to use his mom's credit card. The person I know never used the card or did anything, but their ex friend is acting as a snitch. The amount was around $1300. Basically it was a ''at the wrong place at the wrong time'' type of thing. But the mom found out and is pressing these charges even though he did nothing of this sort. Just happened to be there thinking his ex friend had permission to use the card because he said he had permission. He didn't do any of this and is quite possibly going to serve time for something he didn't even do.

What could possibly happen? Already have a lawyer but I would like to hear opinions and stuff just to get an idea.

If YOU have a lawyer ask him. If YOU want a second opinion YOU are going to have to give the second attorney the same facts YOU gave YOUR first attorney.

I'm not buying the wrong place wrong time story. Neither will the court.
