These are the charges given to a certain acquaintances. Does it sound realistic that the Preliminary Scheduled Arraignment began mid 2008. Trial started started 1/2009. theres been over 8 different trial meetings and the trial is still continuing for over a year.

I am unfamiliar on criminial cases but does this sound like an actual case? and is it possible that someone that worked for the court system is able to make a fraud criminal docket sheet on the online services on the actual courts.gov website?
