Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
2nd Dui
I got my 2nd Dui last week. I haven't recieved any paper work. My question is is there anyway to avoid jail time and do house arrest? I have 2 children i have full custody of one of them. I know people have done 45 days in jail and then house arrest. I am just wondering if anyone has gotten a sentence of all house arrest?

You need to get in touch with a good criminal lawyer in the county where the charges are pending. A good lawyer gets good results....
