Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Hi I'm 20 from PA. I was convicted of a class A possession misdeamnor last November. My lawyer didn't help and just told me to plead guilty. It's over now but is there anyway to expunge my record?

If you plead guilty there is not way to get your record expunged. The only thing you can do is get a pardon. You might also be able to file a motion with respect to your lawyer not doing his job.
Also, you have 10 days from you sentencing to ask the judge to reconsider, and 30 days to file an appeal.
