Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

2 part question. Police raided someone's house at noon by 330 he called me to drop something off to him. At 415 I did and was arrested 2 blocks away. Police watched me for 45 mins max. They didn't tow my truck they drove it and it was a rental in my dad's name. Also at the station they received a warrent for my house based on what I did. Question 1 is can they get a warrent without knowing there is something there or not? And if the c.i. does not testify how are my chances? Question 2 is what if I just leave and go to California? Will they go after my mother for the remainder of the bond?

Answer 1. Sounds like they did. Whether the warrant is valid is a question for a suppression hearing.

Answer 2: If she signed for your bond yes they will. Then they will find you and you'll sit in a California jail till they decide to come and get you.
