Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

If I am 18 and at a party where a mixture of 21+ year olds and 18-20 year olds are drinking, but no one is under 18, and I do not drink at all, can I get in any trouble? (For example, if I serve as a designated driver for the party and hang out inside while not driving, but still don't drink)

If you have to ask then you know what your proposing is a bad idea. You could get into trouble after all you are aiding someone else to break the law.

OBEY THE LAW. Remember laws were made for a reason. Think of them as hints. As in I wouldn't do that if I were you.
