Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I'm 19 and my 16 year old girlfriend is pregnant and threatened to leave me. She said that if we break up she is going to press charges. When I confronted her about it she said her parents would press charges. Can I be criminally prosecuted by either of them? And what about custody of the child? Do I have any say in that. She said I was going to be a sex offender for the rest of my life. And I'm rather concerned she might try to follow through with it.

The only possible charge would be corruption of minors. There would not be any statutory sexual assault charge, or any other charge if the sex was consensual, because you are less than 4 years older than her. The corruption charge, due to a 2012 change in the law, may also result in a 15 year registration as a sex offender.
