Can a 22 year old legally have sex with a 17 year old in Pennsylvania?

The age of consent in Pennsylvania is 16. So technically there is no crime having consensual sex with a 17 year old. However, it is possible to be charged with corruption of minors under certain circumstances if the person is under 18.
