Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My 16 year old son was assulted by an adult thatis on probationit also caused bodily harm, what are all the charges that I can file aganst him ?

You can't file charges at all. Only the prosecutor can do that. Tell your local police and prosecutor what happened. They will then figure out what charges to bring, if any.

In PA, if the police won't file you can go to your local District Justice and file your own Private Criminal Complaint which will then be reviewed by the DA. However, as a former DA myself, most private complaints are not approved. You should go to the police and they will determine if there is enough evidence to file charges.
