Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My 18 year old son got in a fight after I told him to leave. He was on the phone I demand he get off. He got up and I grab him. He pushed me to the wall and I grab him by the neck and forced him down on the bed. I was cited for harassment since he had more bruise than I. Police have been out to the house on many occasion since he was 17 dealing with several issues involving my son. He has recently been charged with breaking and entering. This the first time I have been cited. Just want to know what I can expect.

This should be that big of a deal. If its a summary harrassment, then you will likely just be looking at a fine if found guilty.
I would suggest that you retain a lawyer or at least speak with one before taking any action in this matter. Most don't charge much to handle summary cases. If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to call me for a free phone consult.
