Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
17 years ago, my son was arrested for breaking and entering into our house. His background check comes back clear, but he is honest when asked about any arrests. He has been unable to find a job. Is there anything we can do?

Honest or not asking about somebody's arrest history is not allowed. They can't ask.Only about convictions. Besides he could even get his arrest record expunged.
