Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
I am 18 years old and was caught stealing from a store on campus. The item was about 30 bucks and i was caught on camera. I confessed to it right away and returned the item and was given a summary for retail theft. How will this affect me in the long run? Will it effect any employment opportunities? Will it always be on my record and i can't clear it?
