I am 18 years old and i am charged with felony bugalary. The eveidence they have is my finger print on the outside window of the house in an area where i live at. As a juvenile i was charged with felony burglary and my public defender says that this counts as a point against my record. i would like to know that chances of me beating my case if i take it to trial and if this is true about my juvenile record. I would love to be able to belive my pd but he has lied to me about everything he has told me up until this point.
