13 yr old caught with pot at school
My 13yr old,8th grader,was caught with a chap stick container,with small amt of pot,at school this morning showing it to other kids,we have to meet with police on Monday,do we need a lawyer to be with us?-thanks- Sad-Dad

Yes. It is NEVER a good idea to speak to the police without a lawyer being present.

Yes, NEVER talk to the police you child has a 5th amendment right to silence he should exercise that right. Nothing he can say can help him.
