Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program
With this program , I had the option within 30 days to apply to get it expunged. I thought it was automatic, and now its come back to haunt my on my backround check for a current job. Can I still get it expunged the way it would have been WITHIN the original 30 days, or would I have to get a lawyer and pay money?

was your ard in pa or ny? if its in ny, i have no idea. if its pa, then you can do it yourself or hire a lawyer as long as you completed the ard.
