Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I accused my boyfriend of rape because i was mad at him but he really didnt do it. now he has a warramt for his arrest. how can i fix this how can i remove this

You both need to hire attorneys to defend the case. If you admit to this, then you could be arrested for the crime of False Reports. He still has to turn himself in to police and then the prosecutor would have to determine if they still wish to prosecute.

Because charges have been filed already, you (and your lawyer) should speak with police before he turns himself in.
