accused of haveing sex with child

my daughter accuses me of haveing sex with her the frist time she told her aunt and my girl friend that i have sex with her wen she was sleeping

then later she confest the truth and said she lie and she was sorry.i forgave her and later on she turn around and went to cops and accused me again .i realy need to no if i need a lawer

You should have a lawyer. If the police contact you and want you to make a statement, you should have a lawyer with you at the time you make the statement, if you make one at all. Anything that you say to the police can be used against you. Feel free to email or call.
