i was accused of stealing $43,000 worth of material from my previous employer, what charges am i looking at?

Answer? The serious kind of charges. You are looking at a felony. Good news is it seems like you are in Philadelphia, and you may have more time before trial than you would out in the counties--either way you should contact an attorney immediately.
