Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Adult probation
Which county Adult Probation supervisory rules apply when probation supervision is moved and the plea agreement terms in the first county are less stringent? Defendant agreed to certain terms under a plea agreement in Lancaster County, and then switched supervision to Chester County which is closer to home. Some of the provisions in Chester County are different from the terms of the original plea agreement and Lancaster County supervisory rules.

Re: Adult probation
The terms of your probation are those in your sentencing order from the sentencing judge. However, the supervision rules are those of the supervising county.
