Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

I need advice

I was charged with giving false reports to law inforcment officers after I was ''raped'' in July of 2008. I pleaded a no contest to this after the advice of my public defender and got 1 year local probation and a $600 dollar fine. I want to appeal this and take it to the higher courts. How do I go about doing this and is there a way I can get all the stuff back from the police station to use it for me instead of against me?

Re: I need advice

Appeal what? You plead guilty. You can't appeal your guilt if you admitted to the crime.

Re: I need advice

You pled no contest. The time to appeal from a plea has likely passed. You will not be able to take it to any higher courts.
