Re: Age of consent question
The age of consent is 14+4, 15+4, and 16. In other words, an 18 year old can legally have sex with a 14 year old, a 19 year old can legally have sex with a 15 year old, and anyone can legally have sex with a 16 year old. Let me clarify what I mean by "legally." Those are the rules under the statutory sexual assault statute. A person over 18 can nonetheless be charged with corruption of the morals of a minor if that person has sex with someone under 18.
