agervated Robbery
my brother got arrested as judicial fugitive when he was told 3 times there was no warrent. his orgianl charge is 2 counts of agervated robbery how long can he get put a way for its his first offence

This is a very serious charge. It isn't clear from your question whether this is a First or Second Degree felony. A first degree felony carries a maximum sentence of 20 years of imprisonment, a second degree carries a maximum sentence of 10 years.
