Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Aggravated Assault
I am desperate in need of help. My boyfriend beat me up in my house and stabbed himself in the left arm (he is right handed) to make it look like self defense. Now, I'm charged with aggravated, simple assault. Besides a polygraph which is inadmissable in court, how can I prove this wound was self-inflicted?

Fingerprint evidence might show his only on the knife. Also an expert might be able to tell by the shape and size of the wound. I offer free consultations.
