aggrevated assualt and ciminal intent
Can you be found guilty on these charges with no weapon found as well as little physical evidence the witness lied and dosent plan on showing before the courts anymore if found guilty what is the maxium sentencing

Criminal cases are always a dice roll and you can always be found guilty if the Judge or Jury believes the evidence is sufficient to prove your culpability. Aggravated Assault is either a felony of the first or second degree. Since you mention a weapon, this is probably a felony of the second degree and the maximum would be 10 years.
