For Allegheny county, Pennsylvania - what is the complete fee for an attorney to charge to get a record expunged. It was criminal charge then was dropped to disorderly conduct.

There is no "standard fee" that an attorney will charge and each attorney charges for his time. The total fee that an Attorney will charge depends on what his hourly rate is and he or she will take into consideration the amount of time it will take to draft and review the Petition for Expungment and the amount of time the Attorney anticipates will be spent in Court for the hearing on the Petition.
